ETI product series
The KVL series offers a range of accessories for enhanced functionality and installation flexibility:
- Terminal Clamps:
- Clip terminals: Available for various wire sizes, including 1.5-50 mm², 25-150 mm², 25-240 mm², and 11x21 mm² Cu.
- Prism clamps: Suitable for Al/Cu conductors with sizes ranging from 10-70 mm², 70-150 mm², 120-240 mm², and 120-300 mm².
- Prism clamps for 2-conductors connection: Designed for 2x70-95 mm², 2x120-150 mm², and 2x120-240 mm² Al/Cu conductors.
- Direct terminal clamps for 2, 3, and 4-conductor connections: Available for specific conductor sizes.
- Frame clamp: Comes in two sizes: 35-150mm² and 95-300mm² Al/Cu.
- Feeding clamp: For 25-95mm² Cu/Al, isolated, with M8 terminal.
- Busbars:
- Phase busbars for KVL-00: Available in configurations for 2, 3, 4, and 5 x 3-pole KVL-00 with 50mm² capacity.
- Terminal Blocks:
- Terminal block with multiple wire connections: For convenient wiring.
- Monitoring and Indication:
- Switch position indicator: Available for 1-pole and 3-pole sizes.
- Mechanical fuse monitor: Offered for sizes 00, 1, 2, 3. Compatible with ETI fuse-links with striker-pin, but not with frame-clamp or 2-wire-prism clamp.
- Electronic fuse monitoring unit: Provides stand-by indicator, fault simulation, and selective fault indication for fuse failure. Available for sizes 00, 1, 2, 3. Monitors fuse-links with live gripping lugs.
- Electromechanical fuse monitoring unit (AM): For special applications with AC690V/DC150V. Available for sizes 00, 1, 2, 3. Monitors fuse-links with live gripping lugs.
- Mounting and Installation:
- DIN-rail fixing kit: Allows for mounting KVL-00 and KVL-1 on DIN rails.
- Connecting kit: For creating 2 and 4-pole disconnectors for sizes 00 and 1, 2, 3.
- Protection and Covers:
- Sealing disconnector: For securing the disconnector in all sizes. Integrated into the device.
- Terminal cover: Extendable and adjustable for cable entry. Available in various sizes for 1 and 3-pole versions.
- Contact cover interlock: Requires a tool for operation, enhancing safety. Available for sizes 00-3.
- Safety and Security:
- Interlock device: Allows locking with a padlock (maximum diameter 6mm) for added security. Available for sizes 00, 1, 2, 3.
The HVL EK series offers several accessories that expand its capabilities:
- Connectors:
- Cable terminals: M8 screw connection (standard), BT00 10-70 for busbar connection, OS00 for Cu cable, P00 for Al/Cu cable, and P002 for double prism clamp connection.
- Protective Covers:
- Protecting covers: Available for 1-pole and 3-pole versions.
- Mounting and Installation:
- Mounting brackets: Designed for mounting on two 35 mm rails.
- DIN rail fixing parts: For mounting HVL EK 00 and HVL EK 000 on DIN rails.
