Accessories for ETI Series VL size 00, 1, 2, 3

ETI provides a range of accessories for the VL series to enhance functionality and safety, including:

• Busbar Connections (KS Series): These connections enable direct contacting of the fuse rails to busbars without the need for drilling, simplifying installation.
• Protection Covers: Terminal compartments and terminal covers provide a probe-safe frontal protective covering for the terminal compartment, preventing accidental contact with live parts.
• Busbar Covers (PZ Series): Available in different widths and mounting options, these covers (fixed with M8 or M12 thread) provide insulation and protection for busbars.
• Busbar Supports (POP Series): These 3-pole supports are designed to fix flat bars at specific distances (100mm and 185mm), ensuring correct alignment and support for the busbar system.
• Protection Coverings (ZPL, ZP POP Series): These coverings offer an additional layer of insulation for contact connections and busbar supports, further enhancing safety.

The "Omega" contact (short-circuit current 80 kA) is available upon request.

Accessories for ETI Series VL00 EK 

The following accessories are available for the VL00/100 EK fuse-rail series:

• PRS-SL/VL EK (Protection cover for connection terminals): This accessory is needed for additional protection covering when using the mounting adapter RA-…
• RA-1 100/185 (Mounting adapter for 185mm busbar, single): This adapter is used to mount a single SL00/100 EK or VL00/100 EK fuse rail on a 185mm busbar.
• RA-2 100/185 (Mounting adapter for 185mm busbar, double): This adapter allows for mounting two SL00/100 EK or VL00/100 EK fuse rails on a 185mm busbar at the same time.

In addition to these adapters, the VL00/100 EK series also offers various cable terminal types that can be ordered with the product:

• M8: Screw type M8x12 with a tightening torque of 12-15 Nm.
• BT00 10-70: This connection type must be ordered with the product and cannot be exchanged later. It has a clamping cross-section of 10-70 mm2 Al/Cu.
• OS00 6-50: Screw type M6 with a tightening torque of 4.5 Nm. Clamping cross-section is (6-50) mm2 Cu.
• P00 10-70: 2x(M5x14) screws with a tightening torque of 2.6 Nm. Clamping cross-section is (10-70) mm2 Al/Cu.
• P002 50: 2x(M5x25), 2x(M5x40) screws with a tightening torque of 4.5 Nm. Clamping cross-section is 2x50 mm2 Al/Cu.
